If you would like to follow our Support Team on Twitter for the latest updates, please complete the following steps.
1. Send
an email to our Support Staff with the subject line: Twitter. The email should contain
your account ID and Twitter Display Name. (Our Twitter site is only
disclosed to current users) Our Support team will reply with our Twitter Handle.
2. Access Twitter and follow the Twitter Handle provided.
3. You will then be added to our Network News Postings via Twitter.
Please Note: The
Twitter site is for informational use such as network status, new
products and etc. The site is not to be used for support questions. All
support questions will need to be sent directly to our support staff. No
questions will be answered if sent to the Twitter site.
Network News will still remain posted on the support site > Network Status.
